FAQ

What is glamping?

Glamping is glamorous camping. Our vision is to enjoy the outdoors without having to pack a bunch of gear, and still sleep in a nice normal bed with sheets and bedding, all off of the ground!

How do I get there?

The closest airport is Durango, Co (DRO) serviced by American and United Airline and their affiliates. It is about an hour and 45 min drive from there. We can help you coordinate a taxi service if you would like.

The least expensive airport option is Albequerque, NM (ABQ) serviced by major airlines including Southwest. The drive is over 3 hours but one of the most gorgeous drives through Georgia O’Keffe country. We are about 15 miles north of the NM/Colorado border.

What do we bring?

We have all the linens, blankets and towels. Pack layers for the very warm sunny days and cool nights. We are a ranch and uneven and often wet grounds, boots or hiking boots are ideal. If you have your own fishing poles bring them – trout ponds on the ranch. Short daily rain showers are common.

What do we eat while glamping?

We will provide a simple continental-style breakfast and coffee. We have a kitchen and grill. Bring your own groceries or we can provide them for you (for a small convenience fee). We are next to a lot of wildlife so be cautious of food storage to avoid inviting bears!
